Staff was amazing for check in! Took all of our concerns to heart and made it the best possible stay. Room was clean and not run down, gym was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a great assortment and the 24/7 store was great for late nights!

Great breakfast and very many tasty options. Would be nice if it ran a bit later than just 9:00 a.m. during the week. It was very nice that we got to use the shuttle to get us to the airport where we could take the UP train into downtown Toronto. Really enjoyed being able to have a view of the planes taking off and landing from our room.

The hotel itself was very good. It is basically in the middle of nowhere so you have to taxi or u er everywhere. Turkey bacon for breakfast was not good stick with pork.

We happen to get a spacious room for wheelchair accessiblilty. Bathroom was very spacious with standing shower space. The faucet in the sink was hard to open. Breakfast was very good. The reception area was very different. We arrived at night & it’s like walking into a bar with plenty of people lounging, eating & drinking

Truly enjoyed my stay. Just one night but very comfortable. Enjoyed having a view of the airport. Liked how new and modern the rooms were. Only thing missing was a coffee machine in the room. Otherwise, enjoyed the coffee station in the lobby. Breakfast in the morning was great with lots of options. Would stay here again.

Would definitely stay here again. My husband loved the eggs at breakfast. But the rest of breakfast was so so. The highway if in a room on that side could be a little loud but not extremely so. I loved as a person with a lot of allergies that there was no carpet in the room.
