I had a wonderful stay at Tru By Hilton Toronto Airport West. The room quality really stood out — everything was spotless, modern, and very well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and fresh, and the overall layout felt smart and functional. The amenities were excellent as well. The hotel has a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere with great common areas to relax. Everything felt organized and high standard. One of the highlights was definitely the buffet breakfast. It exceeded expectations with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. The food was well presented, regularly refilled, and offered something for everyone. It truly added great value to the stay. Overall, a very comfortable and high-standard experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Very small but clean, comfortable room. No safe. Nice bathroom with big shower stall. The staff was helpful. Good breakfast. There are no restaurants nearby, but the staff gave us a pizza place to order from. They have a snack section available in the lobby, including some travel meds, which was appreciated. You have to take a cab or uber if you want to eat out.

We were impressed with our stay at Tru by Hilton, Toronto Airport. The booking process and communications thereafter, were great. The room was spotless; the bed and pillows were comfy. We appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport, which worked flawlessly, and the shuttle drivers were very pleasant, especially the driver who was originally from Fiji (we didn't catch his name). We would definitely stay here again.

Adorable hotel concept! Its modern and cute! I love how clean the room was! I also really liked that the room floors were wood, not carpet. Well stocked, and they even included a make up remover wipe, which is very much appreciated! Great location close to the airport and they served coffee in the lobby, if i could make a suggestion it would be to serve fresh cream instead of the coffee whitener!
