The beds are adequate for average-sized people but not ideal for heavier people. Excellent check-in and check-out instructions. Well-equipped kitchen. Clean, comfortable living space. Great location!

Room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The building elevators were down to 1 from three which was annoying but not the fault of the room. I also wish there was conditioner and body lotion in the room (the same as hotel amenities) since I had to pack super light. But would definitely stay again.

I don’t think you can get a room at this price as such prime location in downtown Toronto. You can go everywhere by walking and you are right beside de CBC building which is connected to The Path, so in the winter you can walk inside to anywhere in downtown, I had a direct view of the CN tower which was great. The room was clean. The fully equipped kitchen was very useful, but the room was on the smaller side. For one or 2 people, it’s sufficient, but for a family you would need a bigger room. This is not a hotel, and there is no staff on site, but the LifeSuites online check-in process was really easy and super simple.

Location is perfect for downtown visits to the Roger’s Centre, CN tower, Ripley’s Aquarium, etc. Restaurants and convenience stores are within walking distance. Not all the elevators were in service which lead to line ups at times for use. Condo unit was clean. Building was quiet.

We loved it all , me and my wife’s first time in Toronto together and first time alone in 11 years and we stayed here & it was perfect. We also came back recent with our kids & still it was top tier , everything about this place is just 100% perfect n I recommend to anyone and I will always be booking this place when I stay in Toronto
