VERY clean, my room was normal but enormous. It is very modern with movement detection lights in the hallway, and the staff was incredibly helpful always. The only downside is that parking is valet-only at $55 overnight, but to be expected in the area. It did add a level of security which I appreciated. Would definitely stay there again.

Although the staff was very friendly and attentive, the facilities were not. As soon as I arrived at my room, I realized how small it was. This room was great if you're looking for a convenient location for a one-night. My TV didn't work, and when I went to try and use the ice machine, the one on my floor didn't work, and the next available one's water came out brown. Just unfortunate. Untrained staff, etc etc.

The apartment- style hotel rooms are pretty and modern. The overall decoration of the room is well done and the location of the hotel is pretty convenient as it is a few minutes away from the Eaton Center. However, the walls are not really well isolated because we could hear the sounds of cars outside on our first night. Moreover, we couldn’t connect to Netflix on the TV so that was a bummer. The views of our room where simply breathtaking tho and the breakfast offered was good, but small portions. Would definitely visit again overall!

Very clean and new. Modern vibe in great area with lots of natural light, Some things are not yet done (since hotel just opened) which meant that the room and its amenities was not fully functioning (ie. only half of my blinds worked with the switch - the rest you needed to move up an down by hand). I had booked a room with a King bed and the bed was definitely not Kind size. Staff were friendly and helpful. Despite the minor constructive feedback I would return

Brand new design hotel, beautifull furnished, very friendly people, lovely breakfast a la carte, premium bed, bathroom and linnen, very nice bathroom products. Outstanding fitnessfacility! Maybe some things due to the fact it is a brand new hotel... The airconditioning was to be operated with a hightech controlpanel and we did not got the AC right, and the curtains were difficult to open and close.
