They may not have a breakfast offer but the hotel is surrounded by a grocery and lot of restaurants. The hotel itself even got a small store where you can buy light meal, snacks and beverages. Our room is clean and huge, got toiletries on it, a kitchen even a washing machine

Seeing that it is a residency as well, be prepared to be awaken or kept up by all the kids. Another thing is please do bring an air freshener because everyone is cooking and the smell of food travels right into your hotel room. Staircase is disgusting. Other than that, the rooms are great and accommodating.

Overall the room was clean and fairly well maintained. We were told the unit included plates, cups and pots and pans. This was not the case. We called to the front desk and the clerk brought up a pot and pan that had dried food residue on it insisting it was clean. He then went away and brought the same unclean items, saying that is all they had and we should take them. We didn’t nor did we receive any dishes. The only saving grace for us was the room was clean and quiet, plus there was a washer/dryer combo in our room which we made good use of. Not a good customer service experience. Wouldn’t go back unless it was the only warm/dry place during a snowstorm.

My friends and I stayed here for one night. Check in was quick, however in our first room the AC didn't work so we called the front desk and they said they would call maintenance to come and look at it. We waited for an hour no maintenance came. We then called the front desk again and the same guy who was at the front desk came up to look at the AC and told us we had to switch rooms. We then moved to the second room everything seemed to be ok but we then discovered the bathroom door doesn't close (not meaning it doesn't lock, the door literally stays open and won't close at all). We then went back down to the front desk to ask if they could fix the door or change rooms. We were told there are no more rooms available, but we checked online and it does show rooms. The front desk also said they would send maintenance to fix the door but no maintenance guy ever came at all. We were left to use the bathroom with a door that doesn’t close. We got to the hotel around 4pm and only got settled in at around 6pm. Also water leaks out of the shower when you try to use it

To be honest some of the receptionist are very rude and the cleaners only take out garbage they don’t clean the rooms properly and also they don’t fix broken stuff cable Tv didn’t work for days and not fix I will not recommend this place

There were 2 incapable staff members working. Our heat didn’t work so my kids and I were freezing. Each of them said they would be there in a few minutes to fix it. Had to go back to see if they were coming about 7 times. They didn’t seem to care. In fact the one was counting his money loudly as I was trying to explain my predicament. I don’t complain often but I would have had a better night stay if we slept in my car. Which we were honestly considering for heat.

Just a heads up for anyone…the price may say $91 but when you get there you’d have to put down a $200 deposit which you get back. Other than that it’s okay.
