The bathroom was completely inaccessible in the lobby due to HUGE I’m assuming laundry bags which is also kit sanitary at all. The room is beyond hot 82 in here and no way to turn it down. The cost is nice but this place is awful

Unfriendly staff. No parking space. The hotel smelled bad. Even cockroaches.. I didn't want to stay even 1 more second, so I left right away. This was the worst hotel in my life. The advertisement was a scam. I left without even checking in. Because of this hotel, I just threw away almost $100. And I checked into another hotel. Expedia, please exclude Unfriendly staff. No parking space. The hotel smelled bad. Even cockroaches.. I didn't want to stay even 1 more second, so I left right away. This was the worst hotel in my life. The advertisement was a scam. It's a good price, well maintained to spend the night when in the area; close to the airport and close to some stores. keep in mind that this one is being designed for long term stays then if you are looking for a full hotel service probably is not for you.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. This is a residence/hotel and for a big building they had maybe 50 parking spots. You will arrive and there is maybe a 1% chance you will get a spot, if someone happens to be leaving at the same time. Maybe 10 other people/families had the exact same issue of not being able to park their cars in a legal parking spot. Everyone went in to ask for a refund because there was no where to park and we were already sold a room. Getting a "refund" was like pulling teeth. The front desk staff laughed at me as I asked for one. He said its against policy to get a refund within a few days of the stay. The guy clicked his little mouse twice and said ok your money is refunded. I asked for proof. This guy handed me a check-in reciept and said that was proof. No where did it say refund. Many people were scammed this night. Even during this they had people coming down begging for towels because they paid EXTRA for towels and didnt get them. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. DO NOT BOOK.

The staff were OK-ish. Some of them were friendly - others look at you as if you are homeless and using their property. Housekeeping is terrible - after 2 reminders, they just came and replaced the towels, and that's it. The were kids playing in the hallway on the 5th floor and later a diaper from one of them was laying near the elevator. The floors are dirty, the sink in the washroom was leaking, poorly stacked and very unorganized kitchen cabinets.
