Blow dryer was broken. Worked but no heat. Told front desk as I was leaving. So I just packed up my stuff and left. This is the second time at a Marriot that the hair dryer was broken. I'm a professional women with long hair. Last time this happened it look so long to get a hair dryer that I was late for work. This time I said screw it and left.

The water flow from the shower head is limited. Therefore it was difficult to rinse soap off my body. One easy way to keep the showerhead flowing efficiently is to brush it regularly. The benefits are two folds: keep water pressure flowing efficiently and the product last longer in longevity.

Staff can be more patient and professional. I got an invoice at 6am and then they charge me the breakfast tip on bill at 9am after breakfast. The charge amount does not match the invoice they sent me at 6am. I asked why and they said they need to send another invoice.
