The staff are real nice and everyone is polite. My first night the heat didn't work, I mentioned it to the Front desk and they immediately sent a technician up to fix and it was fixed in like 5 minutes. Great service from the staff.

The staff at this hotel made our stay so wonderful! They were so helpful and made the experience of celebrating a birthday a very special one. The location is great, very close to King West which has lots of bars and restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great Downtown Location

This was a single night stay after attending the Toronto Boat Show. Very good service. Be aware that there is ample parking around the hotel, within a block distance. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Will gladly return in the future. Very good access to many restaurants in the area.
