Location was convenient. BUT: i was given the wrong info by email on how to find the locker containing my key. Resulted in me wasting 40min of my time searching for the locker in the wrong row. Then called, they gave the correct one. Still needed the help from kind receptionist on how to open it. Overall the place was clean. Door of closet was broken but i didn't need it. Did not use the washing machine but i had one. Area is funny, if you walk west, you get to malls and restaurants. If going south and east, homeless in tents. Don't be surprised, it can happen in various places in Toronto. There was a groceries/food store not far and i found a luggage locker spot which i needed on my last day as my flight was late and still wanted to do things after check out.

Great location, walking distance from everything! Reasonable price compare to other hotels/accommodations around. The unit was very clean. My only “negative” feedback is that they would sent info on how to get the key and all via email or text (even better) instead of What’s App. Other than that, all good!

The apartment was nice, well located and clean :-) I just found the check-in, payment, & damage deposit (three separate things to do online) as well as getting inside the apartment (had to go through a locked door passed the elevators to a bunch of lockboxes and search for the right one) slightly confusing and a bit complicated compared to what I'm used to.

Paid more than thousand dollars in advance rent and deposit, but was made to wait in Toronto airport till I paid some 40 dollars to check in 2 hours early. I could trust them with more than 1000 dollars while they could not trust a customer with some 40 dollars. That's a shame, since my wife was waiting at the airport after travelling more than 14,000 kilometers. It reflects the type of clientele this organization is used to, of which, I refuse to be one

I booked this hotel because parking was supposed to be available. It turns out, it wasn't. So I had to scramble to find a spot, walk and pay quite a bit for overnight parking. As well, I was told I would be called with the check in code and didn't receive anything until 4:30...check in was supposed to be at 4. The tv didn't work in our room either. The location was great, but the parking and check in were a bit stressful.

There was nothing luxurious about the room expect for being on 43rd floor. Furniture was run down, tv wasn’t the best. Stains on the floor carpet. Would have stayed else where if given the opportunity. Was a different experience but overall noting special just a plan apartment on Jarvis. Depending on your needs but everyone is different. Plus side was attendant’s were available to assist.

Clean bright room on 12th floor of apartment block. Room was spacious enough . Had small balcony that could easily seat 2 persons. Great to have washing machine and dryer facilities. All bookings and anything you want to know about complex is done online. Whilst I’m not fan of this type of interaction for holiday hotels etc, , all in all the interaction was prompt quick and courteous in nature. Good public transport at door of complex. Street cars ( trams) run along Dundas Street E. Complex is on corner of Dundas and Jarvis Streets. About 7-10 min walk to Eaton Centre. Toronto wash to negotiate o n foot. Grid pattern of N-S and E-W roads . Efficient cc tap on for all road transportation.

It was convient for my meeting but the party music starting at midnight was not great when I was trying to rest for a big meeting the next day. Check in was fine. Just be aware this is located by TMU and a lot of students live here.

Room was spotless, very clean, great job by Caroline! Bed was comfy, good space. Great view from 43rd floor from balcony. Would stay here again, good value in a great location!
