Comment for RS Suite,despite I did business with another company (Panorama Suites).Same location and same photo of the site. I had booked for 3 nights. (June 24 to June 27). Booked since May. Arrived at the building for the legal check-in time. I had received an e-mail saying to call a phone number to complete the payment process and to receive the keys. He told me that I didn't have any reservations in my name and that he didn't have any rooms available, even though I had booked 1 month in advance. On top of being tired from my trip, he was looking for a place to sleep. Until I got angry and hung up on him. The guy from the keys, finished with a customer and came to see me. The guy saw that I was desperate and told me it wasn't the first time travelers had this problem. After 1h pm, he transferred the line to India, despite a Toronto number. He told me either he wouldn't answer or he'd transfer by voicemail. Scam. I asked if he had any rooms available, and he told me many rooms available. He was very kind, made my reservation, payment and key. He even came to show me the room and I even received a reduced rate, less than the other, equivalent to 1 night. For the room,very nice,clean,nice view 18th floors,air conditioner,it was perfect,lots of towels,etc.Many restaurants in the area, shopping center nearby, subway station, tramway, quiet at night. Enjoyed my stay. Next time, do business with Panorama Suites. You won't regret it.

I will never book this place again. The communication was terrible. We got check in messages on Whatsapp and thought is was spam!! They were asking for a large deposit the day of and did not mention that beforehand. Our room was not ready at 530pm when it was supposed to be ready at 4pm. We had to call several times to see when we could get in and they were just starting to clean it at 530. We were supposed to get check-in info 24hours before check-in and we got it at after we called around 530 the day of check in. Parking is outrageous and we had pay every 12 hours for parking. We ended up with a ticket because the parking instructions were not clear. No one at the front desk can help you because it's a third party that rents it out. They had no black out curtains in the room so the light from the hotels next to us lit up the room. We may as well have not had any curtains at all. The bed was a double not queen and had no top sheet on it and lumpy pillows. I never write bad reviews but this really left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be back.

Room and facillities good in a location for all sites of interest. Clean room and access areas.unfortunayely let down by communication when collecting keys to room with there being no reception as such and stress trying to fing key to room in safe lock amongst hunreds of other locks it was like participating in tv game show. Security to building not helpful

First off, Its a condo unit, not a hotel room. Check in is odd and on-line only. Their communication was OK. Cramped, not a lot of flat surfaces. One of the few outlets in the bedroom didn't work. The coffee maker had the wrong pot so couldn't be used. Very little TV available, you had to sign into your own paid service. There were sheets and towels in both the washer and dryer, but at least it had those things and they appeared to work. On the edge of an undesirable neighborhood, but relatively convenient depending on what you are doing. Starbucks next door and Tim Hortons across the street. Parking is odd. There is an unmanned lot under the building and one across the street. Can pay for 12 hour shifts, from 6 to 6, but that means you need to be up at 6 am to reload the parking. Can be done by phone app at least, and was a decent price for 24 hours. All in all I doubt I would stay here again. I know my wife would not.

RS Suites Eaton Center is not in Eaton Center. We were misled. It is in a condo building which is about a kilometer away from Eaton Center. There is no front desk, no concierge.

Emails for first and final payment not sent. Then checking email not sent. Then had to find 1 lock out of 160 that had no numerical order and 2 or 3 numbers on the lock. Took 45 minutes. Surely locks can be colour coded with a tag by company and/or floor. The room was VERY clean and smelled clean.

The apartment was extremely small — the room was even smaller than a standard hotel room. There was a sink placed right next to the bed, which was quite odd. It was very noisy, and the central fan blew directly onto the bed and couldn’t be turned off, making it hard to sleep. Customer service was terrible — the staff made no effort to help with anything. The check-in process was also awful: there were more than 200 lockboxes in complete disarray, none of them numbered, making it extremely difficult to find the key. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay.

The apartment was much smaller than advertised and had filth and dead bugs covering the floor. I requested a refund the night of June 5th and the rep I was on the phone with hung up on me. I placed the key back in the lock box and left that same night. I booked a different hotel that night and had a much better time.

So I thought for the price it was a solid place to stay. The view in 29th floor was sweet. But I opted to pay when I get there and it was frustrating to get the keys to the place. It took me and my gf about an hour to get to our room. They send the info after you make your deposits, and it took some back and forth of emailing and calling to figure it out. It’s okay though once you get the keys from the locker. The room was on the smaller side and the floor was a little beat up. However perfectly fine to stay in the 2 nights we were there. I got my security deposit back after a couple days. And parking is easy
