Great wildlife in the back of hotel for walking around, and has a Resort feel. I like the pool tables underground for an evening activity. Pool was nice but they need more chairs and up keep could be better.

Just a bit far from downtown where I needed to be for all of my trip. I didn't realize how far the hotel was from the subway (TTC). Ither than that all was really good.

I’ve always enjoyed staying at Pan Pacific hotels and have stayed at many of their locations worldwide. Unfortunately, this location fell short of the usual Pan Pacific standards. The exterior did not resemble a typical Pan Pacific and instead looked more like a poorly maintained Ramada hotel. The photos online were misleading...they showed modern glass walk‑in showers, yet when we arrived, we found old bathtubs. The property is long overdue for a major renovation. The included breakfast was of very poor quality...by the third day, I chose to skip it altogether and dine elsewhere for a proper meal. To add to the disappointment, even a simple request for a piece of toast was denied. When a hotel lacks in facilities or quality, excellent service can often make up for it — but unfortunately, that was not the case here. This experience has made me reconsider booking with Pan Pacific in the future, or at the very least, I will research much more thoroughly before doing so.

Staff were not accommodating to family being close. Safe in room was not working which was a priority for travellers. Had 4 people in room and was listed in booking and not enough towels. Ask for more and a blanket . Had to go to front desk, and call from cell phone to a couple times to get a blanket. It was okay but not what I expected

We arrived early and they kindly allowed us to check in. Which was greatly appreciated because we had a long travel day. Upon check in, the room itself was cleaned but the washroom was not. They missed a used towel, used soap left behind, soap dish had soap residue under the brand new wrapped soap and missing towels. We called down to front desk and they got us a new room. Which was a tad annoying because I had already unpacked. The hotel is doing some renovations so at times you do hear work being done. The elevator takes a while to come to the floor as one is always out (a guest who stays there often told me). For a Pan Pacific and the price I expected better. The only reason the price is a little more justifiable was because came for a concert at the new outdoor Roger’s Stadium and going back to the hotel via transit was a train and bus away.
