Friendly and easy check in. The room was a generous size and clean. Comfy bed, and good shower pressure. All elevators were working on this stay making getting from lobby to room and other way around much quicker. The on site restaurant has some good options and good staff, making it an easy choice.

The staff are super helpful, the rooms are spotless and the beds are comfortable. One of the best things was, when I arrived with my dog, they gave me a pet friendly room with patio doors out to a courtyard. I didn’t need to trek back down the hall to the elevators and through the lobby to take my dog out.

I needed to make a change with my room and the only room available with 2 beds was the “accessible” room. It was horrible and - the room that time and decor forgot. The beds were ridiculously small. And why would an accessible room have a tub? How would someone in a wheelchair bath? They need to update their understanding of “accessible”. Worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Time to spend some money on improvements.

the room itself was very nice, however I checked in quite late and was exhausted, first when I got to my room the door was fully unlocked and partially open, so I had to inspect the room (as a female single traveller this was stressful), and then when I got in, the room was so warm. I put the thermostat as low as it could go, but it just would not cool down. I had to eventually go into the bathroom and wet a towel and sleep with the wet towel on top of me because I sweating. Normally I would have just requested to switch rooms, but I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep.
