There are some mixed reviews on Google but I had a really good stay. The hotel looks very nice, I was on the second floor and they put me close to the elevator which is very convenient. The gym downstairs is nice. The staff are friendly and I’ll definitely stay here again.

The property was okay except for dusty curtains and sheers. The first room we were checked into was dusty. We were transfered to a second room which was abit better but with curtains that could not close and balcony door that was faulty making use of balcony not voable. Balcony had no balcony chairs .The restaurant only opens at certain times of the day. Front office staff were generally great except for one lady who gave us alot of attitude. Hotel does not take debit cards nor cash for deposit fee. We had to really negotiate and eventually we were made to pay 500 cad cash for deposit. This I found to be abit inconvient as the deposit amount was doubled .

Sorely disappointed. This hotel has gone steadily downhill since the 2010s. The most egregious aspect was the elevators which made strange noises and opened a little short of the actually floor! There was nowhere to grab eat or drink upon checkin at 3pm, and no room service at all. The rooms were also in need of updating. We were afraid to step out on the balcony because of cracks in the concrete. Used to live coming to this hotel, but it really beds some TLC.

When I checked in the room was filthy. There was plaster and sheet rock all over the room. On the floor and on the furniture and desk. It took 35 min for them to move me to another room. That room had a big hole in the curtains, and weeds growing all over the balcony.
