with bunk and folding padded cot. Relax in a cozy space equipped with

electricity, TV, WIFI, and climate control. Bring your own groceries and

water. Cabin has fridge, microwave and hot plate. Enjoy Morning coffee on

the front porch. A short walk to explore the forest and nearby river for

fishing, boating, and swimming, or head to the public hunting grounds for an

adventure. Communal outdoor sink and Shared bathhouse access for cabin

guests.



This cabin offers a classic cabin experience, with a detached, private

bathhouse and shower just steps away for your convenience.

** By reserving this cabin you have agreed to the following terms and

conditions regarding the use of the bunk beds.



**Use of Bunk Beds.** User acknowledges that the use of bunk beds involves

certain inherent risks, including but not limited to, falling from the top

bunk, injuries from ladders, and injuries from the collapse of the bunk bed.

User agrees to use the bunk beds at their own risk.



1. **Assumption of Risk.** User hereby assumes all risks associated with the use of the bunk beds, including but not limited to, the risk of personal injury, property damage, or death.

2. **Hold Harmless.** User hereby releases and forever discharges Owner from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, or liabilities of any kind or nature whatsoever, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, which User now has or may hereafter have against Owner, arising out of or in any way related to User's use of the bunk beds.

3. **Indemnification.** User shall indemnify and hold Owner harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, or liabilities of any kind or nature whatsoever, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, which may be brought or asserted against Owner by any third party arising out of or in any way related to User's use of the bunk beds.

4. **Governing Law.** This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas.
