Completely private space. The entire unit is yours to enjoy. There isn't anyone else to share the space with you.
Guest access
Please note that all building common amenities are off limits to VRBO guests during this time. Pool, billiard, gym, tub, rec room, library, sauna and other building amenities are NOT available to VRBO guests.

Other things to note
Parties and gatherings at this VRBO property are illegal by the City of Toronto bylaw and banned by VRBO's global anti-party policy.

No special events, commercial activity, photoshoots, video making, outside guests are allowed. Anyone that is not a confirmed guest entering the condo for any reason is considered a social gathering. (If you have immediate family who needs to visit, please inform me before booking.)

There are surveillance cameras right outside the condo. There is decibel alarm equipment (noise-aware) (can only be triggered by large-scale parties). If any social gathering is scheduled, we will know. We will call the police, remove you from the condo immediately, and pursue legal action against you for any breach of contract, disturbance, or damages. (not joking) Your entire booking fee and security deposit will also not be returned to you.

This condo is only to be used for lodging purposes.

I sincerely hope this policy will also bring comfort and peace of mind to all my guests, knowing I host responsibly. It is for our mutual safety.

We require guests to be 25+ to book entire homes. We will regrettably not be able to host your stay If your group is mostly under 25.

This is a residential condo with mostly long term residents. Noise should be kept to a minimum at all times. Please do not disturb the neighbors in any way. Please see our house rules section for more detailed policies regarding this unit.
