We had a good experience except for the towel rack. If was in an awkward spot, above the toilet as to reach as I am short but my husband who is tall didn't have that issues but he accidentally had a facecloth drop into the toilet so we left the hand towel we were using on the counter of the sink for easier access. Also, there was no water bottles for coffee. There was a coffee maker with no water bottles...

Pleasant stay and nice service.

The hospitality at the front desk was excellent - the woman who checked us in was particularly great. They allowed later checkout which was so appreciated and they treated my mother (hi is in a wheelchair) with extra care. The complimentary breakfast was nice - it would be great to have the hot food at no extra charge.
