I had stayed at the hotel twice, one night when I arrived at Toronto airport, and another night before I fly back home. Breakfast was nice, satisfying, and adequate variety. The night I arrived at Toronto, it was already very late in the evening. There is no more shuttle from the hotel. However, the hotel arranged a taxi service free of charge in lieu of the shuttle. It was very convenient. I will come back again next time I visit Toronto.

Very, very clean!! The only complaint I have is the shuttle did not pick me up. I had to call a ride. But it is ok. The front desk explained what happened. The shuttle stops running at 5pm. The shuttle was on time taking me to the airport to get back to the US. Overall our stay was a lovely stay. The breakfast is wonderful!! The staff are nice and respectful. I will be staying with them again from now own. Great job!!!!!!

The gym is alright ..good equipment .. rooms still have carpenters marking only get cleaned every 2 days and very quickly ..in shower and on walls as well as drywall mud on widow frames and stuff so really hard to imagine the cleaning is thorough

Very good breakfast lots of variety the room was very good And very comfortable, the only downside was we. Booked a room suite and the ventilation kept us awake most of the night did report it to front desk. The rooftop HVAC unit was very noisy and we booked to have sleep over so we get some sleep before travelling on to our destination.
