Great hotel & wonderful restaurant

The front desk staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast at the restaurant was outstanding. The decor and feel of the restaurant was wonderful…stylish and cozy. The room itself was spacious, although the bathroom was a little small for four of us. The location was perfect. Easy walks to attractions and to Union Station. Can’t wait to come back.

I would have given Hotel Victoria 5 stars until the last day! We were very happy with the location, accommodations and staff! When we went to checkout someone new was there, not the same vibe but what set me off was the poor directions they gave to the airport! There’s a free shuttle that they were unaware of & there isn’t a bus from Union Station as we were told. Luckily, we allowed extra time!

The room was dark, humid, & suffocating.

The room was very stuffy and humid. It literally smelled like… mold? Not sure. But we caught a terrible cold when staying there. The cafe area downstairs is nice, but they charged us for breakfast every day even though it was supposed to be included with our room.
