Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Birthday getaway for my wife.
We couldn't get the a/c on in our room. The lady tried to help us but she didn't know how. They I couldn't get the stopper out of the sink after I shaved. But other than that the hotel was very nice.
Beautiful mix of historical charm and modern chic accommodations. Centrally located near union station and easy to walk to tourist locations. Room was clean and beautifully decorated. Really enjoyed my stay.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
I do like going here, however we did notice that our comforter had a couple of stains on it. Didn't like that much.
We had a great time, although our trip to Toronto was short. The staff was over the top for this hotel in helping us with a lost laptop and getting it back to us at the airport before our flight took off. Sonam at the bar was a lady with a strong future and so great to spend time talking to her.
The hotel was very clean and the location was perfect for getting around the downtown core.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Tv didn’t work great and only a few options. Great for a one night stay.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Convenient location
However room was not very clean, dirty in floor, pubic hair in shower, residue around faucets in bathroom .
Beds were very comfortable.
It was super conveient for walking to the mall, Rogers Centre, CN tower and Ripley's aquarium. The only down fall was there no microwave or cofee pot in the room like other other hotels.
Convenient to places I wanted to go, however, for the Exorbitant cost of staying there, Horrific view of rooftop junk, no walkin shower, no Fluffy towels..Nothing you can't get at Any hotel for at least one third of the cost..Lesson learned.
