The first impression was good as i stayed the night before for my birthday and then decided to book a 2nd night. My luggage was transferred to my new room by staff but temperature in the room was 13degrees celcius .... it was minus 20+ in toronto. When i got to my room it was freezing and took about 6 hours to warm up. I was not offered to be moved or compensated...somewhat disappointing Riu! As i said first night was great! Second makes me question a re-visit.
