Breakfast had a fair amount of options. Enzo worked hard to keep things stocked and was friendly and helpful. He answered all questions from guests. There seemed to be shortage of plates..he did the best he could to collect them and get them washed, but more plates would be helpful for the staff to use on busy days.

Elizabeth at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very busy, but it had a good selection (omelets, bacon, sausage. Potatoes, yogurt, oatmeal pancakes, cinnamon rolls, assorted bread, bagels, pastries) and the gentleman was working hard to keep everything stocked. He also was personable and helpful. The juice/water machine seemed difficult for guests to get to work so the hotel attendants had to continuously help. Perhaps a different type of dispenser would be beneficial and free up the time of the attendants.

Upon a late arrival, we found something wet and sticky on top of one of the bed spreads. It took three tries for them to give us a replacement, first (after waiting about 30 min at 11:00 at night) being given a new top sheet, then a new fitted mattress cover, and then being told they were running low on the bedspreads. They finally found something for us to use, but it was an annoyance when tired from traveling. Sheets were also stained. Not a very comfortable experience. I wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was good. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only negative was that the people in room next to us were quite loud. We could hear them yelling earlier in evening and even at 12:30 am

Wonderful staff

When we arrived Mannie was at the desk being very friendly and helpful. He was a welcoming start to our stay at your hotel. My family and I were very impressed by his professionalism and friendliness, his suggestion for the italian restaurant was superb, we loved it. Thank you Mannie!! We were sorry we didn't get to say goodbye to him the following morning to thank him for making our stay so enjoyable.
