Had repeated issues with key cards not working to open hotel room door. I must’ve had 10 or 12 cards done and that’s not an exaggeration. Very inconvenient, but everything else was fine.

The room we stayed in was at end of the hallway, which is adjacent to the staff laundry facilities, quite noisy. The bathtub was dirty with stain. The shower-faucet was loose and the staff tightened it the following day at our request. The faucet-handle came off again the day after, we did not report it and managed with it for the remainder of our stay. The whole faucet needs to be replaced as water also was dripping slowly after shut off. Cleaning staff forgotten to replace our room with clean towels, not once but two times in our week stay.
Bathroom faucet-handle was loose, water dripping after shut-off, and stub stains.

The Viator tour of Niagara Falls picked me up at the hotel which was very convenient. The only problem was the taxi they called for me took me to the wrong airport so I paid double the fair. No one asked me which airport & I didn’t know there was two!
