I was disappointed with my two night stay here. No wifi unless you’re a member, internet was not easily accessible. There were renovations happening on the floor above and I woke up to drilling noises. The staff moved me to another room, but it was dirty and not cleaned thoroughly. I gave up, and decided I would never return!!

It’s a beautiful hotel and my family stays there every time we come to Toronto. I love the corner suites because they offer ample space and beautiful interior for a family. My kids are always thrilled to stay here and we got our other relatives to stay here for their great grandmothers 100th birthday celebration.

Stayed there for 4 nights with family. Not really worth it to be honest. Looks very nice from outside but rooms are old and outdated. Beds were small for four people and water pressure was very low in the bathroom. I don’t understand why they claim pool is included since every time you wanna use it you must book in advance and walk up and down to reach there. Breakfast was not worth it with limited options. I wouldn’t go back in the future

It's not to the standards of a typical Hilton. Very much in need of a renovation, front staff was not super helpful. The property is super noisy at night with lots of traffic noise. The lobby and restaurants look great on the pictures and are in real life but the rooms feel like a 2 or 3 star room at best, and we were in a suite.

This resort could be the worse out of all the resorts we have stayed with for all our travels all around the world. We booked the kind bed room for 4 nights, and when we arrived, they gave us two full beds. When we asked for change the room, the front desk told us they were all fully booked but could check back for second day. We then tried to make this easier for everyone to suggest that they put the two beds together as one, and they refused to do it. We asked them not to put us in the last room of the hallway, indeed they put us in the room that at the end of the hallway. I am a very light sleeper, and my husband snore sometimes, so we will have to stay in one bed so I can move him a bit to stop the snoring. By staying in two separate beds is really difficult to do that, and it is affecting my sleep in a big way. We were in Toronto to celebrate my husband's birthday and this room situation really ruined the vacation for us. The worst part is that since hotel staff wouldn't help us with combing the two beds, we asked them to make up the sofa bed in the living room so I can sleep in living room. and that is supposed to be done while we went out for the day. when we came back, nothing was made in our room. so we went to the front desk again and asked them to send someone to help us with the sofa bed, and we were told we could just do that ourselves. Not to say that is not very nice to ask the guests to pull out the sofa bed on their own, it is also a great risk to injury.
