Our room was decently clean but the bathroom sink is plugged and water does not go out. No floor mat or face clothes to wash with. A big waste of soap to wash the body with. No spare Kleenex as it was almost empty.

I had a room with absolutely no carpeting - just two different kinds of laminate flooring. I do yoga and I didn't bring a mat, so this was a problem for me. Also, the layout of the room was very odd, with the TV in the middle of the room next to the window. It swiveled so that it could face both directions...but not fully. No matter where you watched TV from, you were looking at the screen from a sharp angle. The electrical outlets on the desk (just a table, really) were not functional. It felt like a room in a much cheaper hotel chain.

Pros Location was great and close to restaurants and main road access. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Cons The room had very limited drawer space for four and the air conditioning unit was very noisy causing issues sleeping.
