Check in was an experience!!! The lady in check in kept telling me every 30 second, "I am sorry, I can not find your reservation", even after I showed my pre-paid reservation confirmation email. I was not sure what to reply to her more than saying I have a reservation confirmation email. Eventually she found it...

The hotel was so dirty and i had a bad experience with there breakfast and the manager is unprofessional and there no amenities in the room. Bottle of water not included in room. When i ask them they told me they keep only airlines room ( staff )
