**Please note that the dates above are incorrect. I was confirmed for August 21-24 but was not given the opportunity to stay there. The host failed to communicate with me. There was no response to any of my messages, phone calls or texts. Less than 24 hours before check in and no check in instructions therefore no place to stay. I booked almost 1 year ago with full payment. It felt like a scam or that the host ignored me so they could repost for a higher price. I checked and someone was staying there but it wasn’t my party and I. Vrbo was no help. Each agent gave me conflicting information and a very difficult time before giving me my refund. Very unprofessional all around. So disappointed.

Two fundamental problems. First - I had to ping 3x the manager - AFTER check-in time - just to get entry instructions. Second - I was rerouted to a different location based on my reserved unit having an issue. The rerouted location was clean and great - but was a 1 bdrm when I reserved and paid for a 2 bdrm. Then - radio silence when I requested a discount for receiving less than I paid for.

Summer Holiday

The property is in an excellent location and easy to get to the Roger’s Centre, CN Tower and local grocery stores and coffee shops.The pictures are a bit misleading as only one picture was from our suite. We could not use the pool as we weren’t residents of the property. Beds were not comfortable and since there were five of us, one slept on a hard couch.The suite was clean.

Stayed here for the Eras tour toronto. Perfect walking distance from the rogers center and beautiful surrounding area of toronto. Apartment was very nice. Initial check in is a little strange but once you get the key fob left for you in the unit it is extremely easy. Would stay here again

Parking a pain

Finding the parking spot was a chore then only to find someone already parked there then go back up to get cell service then go back down to finally find the 3rd spot they gave you was empty. Location good, beds good, clean. Use the fob for the front door and elevators

Family trip

The apartment was nice and in a great location, very convenient to walk to many attractions and restaurants. Having only one fob with multiple adults in the group was inconvenient because you had to use it to activate the elevators and reach your floor. Quite often one or two of the elevators would not be working causing a long line for the remaining elevator as there were over 40 floors. Also the pool and other mentioned were not available to short term guests and should be removed from the listing. Overall we enjoyed it though and had a great stay in Toronto!

Perfect Location

This property is in the perfect location to enjoy the city of Toronto. It comes with a parking spot that is easy to access and very secure. The apartment was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The property manager was challenging to get check in information from BUT once that was hurdled they were very accomodating. The apartment could use some maintenance but that did not get in the way of us enjoying our stay.

Guys’ Trip

There were 4 of us that stayed at this property. The room was very clean. The location was great. The property manager did sent us check-in information and check-out information that helped out a lot. Parking was free, which was nice, but the parking process was confusing. We were glad that we did not rent a large vehicle or, because the parking spots were small. The elevator was also an issue. There were times when we would wait 10-15 minutes to catch the elevator. This is not the fault of the property manager, though. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Inaccurate and misleading

In the listing for the condo it clearly shows and outdoor pool there was no one at this location. The elevators do not work this is a common problem for this building as the residence had informed us. The condo was dirty and has mold … I took photos. There weee no face cloths or hand towels there was left over tooth paste in the bathroom and chip crumbs on the end table . Tried to talk to the property manager about it he just blew me he didn’t care one bit.

Toronto Blue Jays Excursion

Great location for taking in the Entertainment District in Toronto. Arrived at Billy Bishop Airport and in about 20 mins we were at the Condo. Walking distance from Rogers Center, CN Tower, Aquarium and the waterfront. Great restaurants close by.

Amazing location; great apartment

Had a great great great city vacation with spouse and 2 teens. Could just squeeze in the roll away bed into the 2nd bed room for the 2 kids to be in there. It was just fine but expect that 2nd room to be tight with 2 kids. The location was phenomenal. The pool was great. The balcony and window view was amazing. I live in a luxury house in the Midwest and while I wouldn’t call the apartment luxury per se, it was pretty darn close with great amenities. Parking was free too. Everything else in the area was at least $100 more without pool and parking. Got check in directions the day of, and responsive by phone when I needed to change dates. I highly recommend this apartment and I never recommend or leave reviews for anything. We just had so much family fun, even with teenagers! Also very safe with security 24-7 at the building.

Stay didn’t meet expectations

Overall, our trip to Toronto and staying at this listing worked out. However, there were a couple big disappointments that future guests should consider. The check-in instructions required the host to buzz us into the complex. Upon arrival, the host was unresponsive and we didn’t hear from them for 1.5 hours. The host mentioned this was because their phone died, but it’s crucial to have a reliable check-in process… especially after a long travel day. The listing pictures do not match the actual listing. We felt mislead into booking this listening given this discrepancy. With these issues, we do not feel the premium paid for this listing met our expectations. In regards to positive feedback, the location is great and the included parking was convenient. With that said, consider all the above when choosing this listing.

Depends on what unit you’re assigned

The photos shown are not at all like the unit we were given. No kitchen table. No access to pool as mgr advised you have to stay a month to have access, which we were not advised of until we asked about it when we arrived.The only seating was one small L shape sofa that was not the best quality for 4 adults & 2 bar stools. The unit itself was nice but a bit dated & view/location is great for the unit we had.

This place is all about the location; yet it is not luxury because the furniture was inexpensive, screen door was torn, and online photos were illustrative only—not actual representations. Overall, it was an ok apartment near great attractions.

Not a warm welcome! I received a message an hour before our check in time from an unnamed person. Was provided the name and contact information for Simon if I had any questions but I'm pretty sure it was Simon who sent that text. It was oddly introductory and unclear. Arrived 2 hours after check in time. The instructions provided asked me to use a door code to call nameless person and be let in. As a woman traveling with my young kids in a new city this felt uncomfortable. When I arrived at the condo the cleaners were still there. They were lovely but also confused that I was there early(?) It was nearly 5pm for a 3pm check in. I got the parking FOB and went back down to park the car in the assigned space. Assigned space already had a vehicle parked in it. I texted and the VRBO owner had the vehicle's owner move it in about 20 minutes. It was a chaotic and unwelcoming arrival. The pictures on the listing are not of this space or layout. It is a one bedroom. The second bedroom area is a curtained off alcove. It was 80+ deg F in the space the entire time. The owner said the buildings' AC hadn't been turned on since it's spring. But opening the sliding door and window didn't ever help to bring it under 80. Feel of the place is "bachelor's pad". Curtains in the bedroom don't cover the window completely and the folks in the building next door have a view. There are no drinking cups other than champagne glasses and coffee mugs. Not what I've come to expect from VRBO.
