I could not cool my room down. Next time I will ask for a room on the shadier side. I had set the A/C at 65, and I couldn't get the temp below 70. Also, I like 100% cotton sheets, but since very few hotels offer them, I bring my own. I really liked your orange-scented soaps. And the big magnifying mirror was great, so was the shower. Immaculately clean, very nice. Nice breakfast too. Staff, the front desk, uncommunicative and cold, the cleaners, lovely, and one older guy at the front desk who was a complete darling. The breakfast teas were fabulous. Three times as strong as the wimpy American teas are. Yo, Canada! The A/C blasting me with direct cold air where I slept, but still not lowering the temperature. I got a migraine. Then managed to block it with one of the tiny curtains. Survived! Thanks. Quick, efficient shuttle, very nice.

I booked for 2 rooms for 3 persons, charged for 2 rooms was told they only see I booked one room. Needed another room they did not have any available for the night but one would be in the morning. I reserved it but canceled in the day seeing it would be for one night. Iasked twice if canceled it they assured it was. My mistake was to trust them and not to asked for a bill or receipt.
