The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and the location was excellent. The host was responsive and communication throughout the stay was generally good.One thing that made us slightly uncomfortable was that after booking, the host mentioned that the unit does not allow short-term rentals and asked us to be discreet about our stay. We also would have appreciated clearer communication ahead of time regarding check-in, since it needed to be done in person to obtain the key and parking access, which was a bit inconvenient.That said, once everything was sorted out, the stay itself was enjoyable and the space met our expectations. Overall, we would recommend it, especially for the cleanliness, comfort, and great location.

Rental owner explained that their unit is in a building where management discourages short term rentals. This was not made clear until the keys were handed over to us. We were coached on discretion and secrecy. It’s a beautiful place though.

Nice clean apartment for family with older kids who need to be in the Markham area. 10min drive to York U. Kitchen is lacking some utensils which may be wanted on a longer stay, but otherwise zero complaints, would recommend.

The host was extremely friendly and responsive to all of our questions prior to checkin. There was a small issue with the internet service during our stay which the host came over personally to resolve, and we were back online very quickly. Beds and furnishings were all clean and very comfortable, and the view from the unit is spectacular. The location is close to a shopping area and minutes from CF Markville, and is close to the 404 for easy access to downtown Toronto. We would definitely book again the next time we are visiting the Toronto area!
