It was terrible , first of all me and my boyfriend book a room for three days and not once it was breakfast , me and bf took turn walking to the office at 6 am 7 am and 8 am there was no food . The room had roaches , every time we turn around and there was bugs every chance it came . The cable sucks it was only 24 channels .it had repeated movies . The coffee maker did not work at all .. It just suck

I booked a room for 4 nights as i was in town for work, on day 3 we moved work locations and i checked out a day early. I asked for a refund for the final night the lady said that i have to go through Hotels.com to get my refund. I contacted them and they said that they will get ahold of the property manager and see what they can do. They refused my refund and charged me for a night that i wasn't even there

We were disappointed in cost at about $200 a night but we’re hoping for a good night sleep and hot breakfast when we booked! When we got here Found beds comfy, room smelled good, price dropped, pool was closed. No other amenities, shower doesn’t drain, Bathroom commode / toilet in separate room and is very crowded with shower. And the worst breakfast ends at 9am and not Hot - it’s grab and go donuts and coffee. We could have stayed elsewhere for less with a lot more to do and hot breakfast!

Lobby smelled awful. Dark and dank. Breakfast was stale old pre packaged muffins. Breakfast area was dark. Light fixtures falling off the wall in room. Hair dryer didn't work, no iron, and tub bottom was super slippery. Room had connecting door to other room but didn't sound like a double door. Could hear every word from people on room next door. Didn't feel safe and ended up changing hotels.
