The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. But the room was very outdated. Very old. And had an odd scent that almost seemed like a cover for another scent that was once in the room. The AC was horrendous. Only option was increased ac or decreased ac. No temperature, fan or mode settings. And certainly did not cool the room off. I was only staying here to be close to Narita for an early morning departure the next day.

The hotel charges a lot for breakfast That is very poor. Nothing aroung the hotel . So if you like to go ro the mall you need a taxi. The hitel shuttle isnt available All the time I will never stay there

Excellent transit hotel. Very efficient complimentary bus to and from airport to hotel. Staff very organised. Excellent check in and check out, guided to staff as very busy. Breakfast was very peaceful. Fantastic idea to have laminated cards to place on table to say occupied/ finished. It enables you to go to buffet without having your meal removed. Good choice/selection of breakfast. Rooms were small but layout well designed. Amenities in room excellent - fridge, kettle, mugs, cups, glasses, slippers, robes, toothbrush with paste, shower cap etc. Only issue although you can not hear the planes, even though near airport, you can hear your neighbours or people above you if checking in, at different times. Tip bring ear plugs if required. Would certainly recommend this hotel. Very efficient, calming atmosphere, excellent transit hotel.

An absolutely amazing service. It was the best service we have received in the entire trip in Asia. Staff had helped loaded and unloaded all luggage to and from shuttle buses, and we didn’t even need to worry about moving the luggages the second we stepped into the hotel. Staff were all friendly and nice. Sending luggages to and picked up from the room. Certainly exceeded the expectations. Will stay again with Hotel Nikko Narita.

Very clean hotel, we had a large spacious room with 2 beds and a seating area. The washroom was also very large and clean. Service was excellent, staff were super friendly. There is a shuttle bus that goes to Narita airport, city and mall for free with frequent schedule. Loved our stay.

A good option for an airport stay

Lobby and public areas were very nice. Service was truly excellent. Everyone wanted to be helpful. Our only complaint is that the actual rooms felt a bit tired, especially the bathroom.

Great for passing through Narita

Very nice first impression for Japan. The bus from the airport was on time and there were plenty of staff to welcome and checkin. Our room faced the airport but there was no noise. There are 3 restaurants and a very good convenience store. You can’t walk safely in the area because there are no sidewalks but it’s perfect for transiting through Narita.
