Sin desayuno, reserva no registrada
La estadía estuvo bien, pero perdí una hora al momento del check in porque mi reserva no estaba registrada, a pesar de ya estar pagada. Finalmente me ayudaron con una habitación que tenían disponible.
La habitación mencionaba desayuno incluido, pero el hotel no sirve desayuno. Publicidad engañosa y desirganizacion
