Disaster

Room was cold at night. Noisy neighbor. Called the management at 2:19 am and 2:49 am to stop people from neighboring rooms from yelling and screaming.

* cabello en las fundas de las almohadas al check in, respuesta del personal que se quedan pegados aunque esten lavados * llave del cuarto se atoraba cada vez que entrabamos, el personal tenia que venir a ayudar * pantalla de tv muy pequeña, no se puede cambiar canal, no hay servicio de cable solo sirve como smarttv y se desconecta frecuentemente * en general el hotel muy sucio * estacionamientos inaccesible inapropiados * solo hay una persona atendiendo, amable pero ella sola
