The service at the front desk was mediocre, no one appeared happy. When o made the reservation I indicated one adult and one child, I was then charge for the child again at the front desk. The room was decent and the bed was comfortable. However I will not return.

Room was spotless, lovely bathroom and beautiful amenities. The staff is stellar-talk about feeling happy and welcomed! They also have a restaurant with great food you can get straight to your room, and a bar with lovely Chilean reds. If you want to be ready to/from the airport, this place is great! And the shuttle to the airport is good, great driver, we felt safe and arrived in good time. Book here, it’s worth it❤️

I have stayed in many Hilton or Hamptons, this one is the worst - bed is not comfy and thin wall. Most terrible part, it is a room for 2 ppl (yes i understand booked 1 in Expedia but I often forgot to put second person but never charged more) and my wife showed up later after me, got charged for more than half of the room rate extra.

I had been up for two days straight and I needed a good night sleep before getting on another airplane. The bed was super comfortable. The room was quiet despite the planes flying over. I slept like a slab of granite. The breakfast in the morning was exceptionally good looking as well, although I only drink coffee in the morning and that was great.
