The hotel was very clean. The Staff were nice. The fitness center didn’t have any sanitary precautions. There were empty containers of shower gel in both bathrooms. There wasn’t any luggage carts available. To be a Hilton, the expectations were definitely higher than what we got.

Ok room- Needs better housekeeping

Complicated place to find out where you check into. Valet was also not clearly labeled. Not sure if you were there for the convention center or if the valet was for the hotel. Checked in later at night. Got to 14th floor and all 4 cards did not work on door. Went back to front desk and he seemed irritated. Tried to redo cards but had to go up with me to get the cards to work. Evidently for the second time that night. I asked him before he left if we could have an extra blanket and pillow for pull out bed. He told me there was a bag for pull out. He told me to go look for it which I did and there was not one there. So he said he would bring one up. But I never did get the extra pillow and blanket that I wanted. He told me there was a pillow in a blanket in the Bag. He also told us that we had to keep all of our towels and we couldn't any more for bathroom. We did not have a bathmat so we had to use a towel. So had literally 1 towel for our stay. 😞 Beds were fine, kitchen nice. But there were dishes in the dishwasher from last people. Also no waste basket for kitchen area and livingroom. Coffee creamers were curdled.when used in coffee. No dirty laundry bags. Overall room was nice. Could have had much better house keeping. And definitely someone at the feont desk who was more accommodating and friendly. View from room was beautiful, not a lot to offer with in walking distance. Restaurant in hotel was already closed at 10 pm and bar was closed about 30 minutes after.

You must stay here.

This is not only a place to sleep but an experience. The room was immaculate and huge. It was like being in an apartment. It was quiet and had everything I would need if I were staying longer. The restaurant food was extremely good. The Pimento Cornbread was indescribably delicious. The bartender was attentive although there were several patrons there. He did an awesome job, especially being by himself. I've stayed at some great hotels but this one tops them all! I will be staying here when I'm back in town!

I had a good stay at the Homewood Suites in Toledo. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was overall very friendly and helpful. One thing to note—if you’re visiting over the Fourth of July, be aware that the streets around the hotel close for festivities, so you may not be able to drive back to the hotel in the evening. Plan accordingly if you’re going out! Something I wish I was notified of, since I’m not a local. Our first room had a broken shower. I initially called the front desk and was told they’d notify maintenance, but I didn’t get any further updates. After an hour, I called again and luckily the new front desk staff (after a shift change) were extremely helpful and moved us to a new room—something we really appreciated after a long flight when we just needed a shower. If I find myself in Toledo again, I would definitely stay here.

My family stayed at this property June 30 through July 4. The location is perfect, convenient to all of the downtown attractions, and no more than a 10 minute drive to attractions outside of downtown. The mudhen’s ballpark is literally around the corner. The suite was very spacious with a beautiful view of downtown and the river. We chose self parking over valet, and we found it to be easy and probably more affordable than valet considering how often we went in and out of the lot. We did not try the restaurant in the lobby, but we did do the continental breakfast every morning. Pretty good selection and variety but a little redundant, I was surprised they were no pancakes or waffles in the four days we were there. But there was still plenty to choose from. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if visiting Toledo.

Couple's Getaway in Toledo

This room is: Suite, 1 King Bed, Accessible, Bathtub (River View). I booked Accessible by mistake, nonetheless the room was clean, spacious and better than expected. Excellent morning breakfast and Assembly (their lobby restaurant) was delish. Lobby clean and stylish. Found a parking spot on the street across from the hotel which was free from 6 pm to 8 am which was great.
