It was definitely a very pleasant and enjoyable experience at this hotel. The staff is very friendly (especially the breakfast employees) and helpful. The suite our family of 4 had was clean, very spacious and the view from the 15th floor on the river side was an added bonus. We definitely will be back…

My stay was great! My room was spacious and well equipped to fit all my needs. Only issue was the air conditioning was broken when I arrived, but didn’t impact my trip. Front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The air conditioning was repaired quickly.

The hotels air conditioner was out during my 3 day stay. My family and I drove from Georgia for a wedding and the stay was extremely uncomfortable. The room was 80 plus degrees with no accommodations what so ever to make the situation better. The hotel was nice and clean just but very uncomfortable.

Room was amazing!! Super spacious and very comfortable. Only reason for 4/5 rating is we were told the incorrect times for the free buffet breakfast so we missed it :(. But everything with the actual hotel and room was great, check in was easy and the valet parking made our stay stress free!

Suite was large, very clean, valet was prompt and helpful. Air conditioning wasn’t working but the gentleman working front desk did bring me a box fan to help. Also saw them giving out free bottle of cool water to help cool guests.

The rooms do not get daily housekeeping. Also, there was no Kleenex, toilet paper was basically gone, the body soap and shampoo containers were empty. Beverage in lobby lounge was not cold. The advertised rate of $25 went to $32 per day. All my complaints were resolved timely tho

Toilets

Both toilets had issues. One was leaking so bad we couldn't use it and the other one the clip/chain kept coming undone and we had to fix it after every flush. Other then that a wonderful suite.
