Just ok for a Holiday Inn
The check-in had two customer service people but one was a manager and did not want to check anyone in. So the check-in took longer. We asked for 10% off our bill because the pool was out of service and was not notified ahead of time on their website or emailed. The person checking us in said they would ask the manager, who was the one that did not want to check anyone in. An hour later, they said the pool was fixed after they said had a “chemical imbalance.”
Also, we stayed in a two bedroom queen suite and only received three towels in our room when we had five people stated early on our reservation. Also, there was no bedding for the pullout couch where we needed our child to sleep so I had to go down late to get that for the room. The Holiday Inn was ann older facility without updates. The breakfast was great!
