We were unaware of all of the Ferrari city that this hotel was in the middle of and ended up booking it purely so that we could go to the museum quickly. However, we were blown away by how excellent everything in the hotel was from the check-in to the amabalcony to the breakfast, to the room service. The hotel became as much of an experience as the museum.

I would have given a 5 Star had the room been cleaned properly, coffee cups I utilised in the morning wasnt replaced nor coffee refilped. Coffe only had 2 sachets so if you wanted more you can't. Kettle was also broken and 2 towles not replaced with clean ones. Pull out bed only had 1 pillow for a double so all the above I had to ask for which made me feel like I was complaining although I just wanted clean items as per any hotel.

Whilst very convenient if you want to visit the Ferrari museum the hotel itself fell short in a number of areas. Firstly, they were unable to find our reservation on arrival, sat us in reception, but didn’t apologise for the inconvenience. The room was spacious and the aircon good, but overall not as clean as I would expect. We also had an invasion of ants in our room and it was not very well soundproofed. On the description for the hotel they boast a cafe, snack bar and deli all of which appeared absent. On the plus side, there was a bar open in the evening and very pleasant areas to sit both inside and out. Breakfast was also good.
