Excellent location, very close to the heart of shopping and nightlife district. Easy to commute to and from hotel via subway / train network. Clean room and courteous staff. They have amenities (i.e. tea, coffee, creams, toothbrush, shaving kit, towels, creamer, etc.) stacked in lobby which you can take as needed. The only downside is that rooms are small, no closets or space to keep luggage, but believe it is a norm in hotels in Tokyo.

Hotel in convenient location, room and bathroom size of shoe box, very claustophobic, but clean. The room was overheating without possibility to lower temperatures, that was awful. Breakfast Japanese style, well prepared. Close to train and metro station but enough distance from noise in Shinjuku night clubs.

Room and hotel were nice. They are strict on check in at three an no earlier. Over-all staff was nice. The location is about a 15 min walk from Shinjuku Station, but it is not far from Kabukicho

This place and room was completely fine. Small, but expected for Tokyo. The only reason I’m giving it four stars is because it’s not really centrally located. If you want to be in the heart of shinjuku, this is not it. It’s totally walkable to those areas (about 10-15 minutes or so) but this wasn’t really what we were looking for, which is our fault for not realizing. That being said, it was still close to a very cool shrine, the national garden, and a great bakery and metro stop so while I wouldn’t stay here again, it’s a great option for someone looking to be slightly removed from shinjuku but still wants to be close to the action. And the staff were all very nice and eager to help.
