They unnecessarily leave towels and toothbrushes on your door handle every day. It became a bit much and a bit frustrating. They also cleaned the room one day and threw away some of my sanitary products that were new still in the box as well as the box that my razor came in. When i spoke to the front desk they said if i bought more sanitary products they wouid reimburse me....

Staff are super helpful and friendly. Breakfast gave off a Japanese cafeteria setting which i love. Shuttle service was superb. If i ever go back to Tokyo, will be staying to this hotel again :)

For the price of this hotel, it was perfect. The breakfast was better than other Toyoko Inns that we've stay at. The laundry was easy and cost about 400 yen to wash and dry one load. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good. The Hamacho station is just a five minute walk away, and the hotel offers an easy-to-use shuttle to take you to and from Tokyo station. My only complaint is that the beds and pillow were quite uncomfortable, but everything else was great.

It's a good hotel. Quite close to a metro station but the line of that metro is not best no direct line to Tokyo station or Ueno station. Breakfast is quite basic and there is not much space for breakfast only few tables. Staff is friendly and helpful with ok English for Japan. Room was clean and I don't have any complains.
