Excellent staff, front desk is super helpful and kind. House cleaning is daily and if you prefer not to have them come in they give you a fresh bag of towels and water every day.

It was a nice, clean hotel. Good location. Close to train station and a 10 min walk from Senso-ji temple. Very small though which is typical of Japanese hotel.

Very friendly staff, from the front desk to the room cleaning lady and the waitress at the restaurant every body is so nice and helpful. So convenient location, 2 minutes walk to train stations, about 15 minutes walk to Sky tree tower and Senso ji Temple, beautiful Sumida river behind the Hotel. We definitely stay in this hotel for next time if we have change to visit Tokyo again

Fantastic hotel would stay again

This was an amazing hotel in a fantastic location. One train to Haneda and close to two train lines so you can get to all areas of Tokyo very easily. Clean hotel woth comfortable beds and a good range of anmen provided. Onsen was fantastic. Only downside was the WiFi was very poor, pretty much non-existent most of the time.

Very clean rooms but are on the smaller side. Staff are very helpful. There are only two washer/dryers. Make sure to leave enough time to do your laundry!

Great location! Plenty of convenience stores nearby, train station entrance across the street and Senso-ji temples is only a 10 min walk from the hotel. Staff were very friendly and able to help us with any questions we had. Negative things about the room is that it is a bit small, but given the room had 2 bunk beds in there, it was to be expected. It didn't cause too big of an issue. The batheroom is very small as well and we had a bit of trouble moving around in there.
