Great place, clean, tidy and well maintained. Having the lounge room, downstairs cafe and rooftop deck made it a very comfortable and livable space. The kitchen and individual showers were a bonus compared to other accommodation in the same price range. The staff here are the best, friendly and attentive. Four convenience stores within a block, and a train station around the corner. Certainly the best out of the three places I stayed at while in Tokyo. Ended up extending my stay here for another week.

I loved staying here during my trip to Tokyo. Is right next to the station so it’s suuuper convenient. Place was clean, common area was tidy and cute as well. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back if i ever go back to Japan. :)

I stayed here for one night. Subway was close and easy to get into. Fresh sheets and provided with bath towel. Took care of my bags before check in and also after check out. Even let me shower after walking around all day to get on my flight fresh awesome dude Yuya!!!

ベッドの下は見ない方がいいです

土日を跨いで利用させていただきました。基本的外国人メインて感じです。1階のカフェでイベントがあったようでかなり賑やかでした。参加も出来るようでお誘いいただきましたが、疲れていたのでパスしました。キッチンはかなり充実していて、近くにスーパーもあるので食費を抑えたい方は利用すると良いです。冷蔵庫はルールを守れば勝手に使われたりしません。 シャワー室は男女2つずつしかないので土曜日はちょっと待ちましたが、タイミング次第です。女性は少なそうなのでそんなに気にしないで良さそうです。居合わせた方は皆親切でしたが、最後の夜深夜にバタバタ煩い人たちがいてちょっと困りました。 施設自体はちょっと古いのかなと言う感じがあちこちにありましたが、それより掃除が全然されてないっぽいのが気になりました。ベッドの下とかホコリだらけだし、ゴミも散乱してました。たまたまカードを落として拾う時に見たんですが、あまりの汚さに驚きました。どれだけ掃除してないんだろ…… 屋上に出られるらしいですが、階段しかないし疲れてたので使いませんでした。 スタッフさんは親切ですが、最低限の説明しかされないので困ることはちょいちょいあります。 お値段相応ではありますが、とにかく掃除だけして欲しい感じです。

シャワーやトイレ、シーツ綺麗です。 スリッパもあって親切。 1階に大きな荷物を置ける場所がある。 階段なので大きな荷物を持って上がるのが多少大変かも。 エントランスで耳栓貰えました。ありがとうございました。
