Loved our stay here. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the accommodations were excellent. Having the metro line under the hotel was an added bonus. The one minor issue is that the surrounding area was not a vibrant as some of the other areas we visited. This is due to the govt building complex around the Hotel. It may also be that we did not explore this area enough in short visit (4 day). I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The service offered by the hotel was excellent. The room was clean and roomy compared to other hotels in Japan. This was a great hotel for business and adult vacations. I did not feel that this hotel was family with kids friendly. We were seated in the farthest table at the breakfast as not to bother other guests. It was a great hotel to stay if you are traveling with adults only.

Love that it’s in a quieter neighbourhood. The concierge was excellent helping us secure reservation for a very popular restaurant. Check in and out was super efficient. Only slight imperfection is that communications in English can be at times challenging.
