I stayed at The B Ginza during my visit to Tokyo and overall had a good experience. The hotel is in an excellent location—just a short walk from the main shopping streets of Ginza, convenient subway stations, and a variety of great restaurants.
The room was modern and well-equipped with amenities like a USB ports, smart TV, and complimentary bottled water. The bathroom was OK and functional, with a great shower and quality toiletries.
However, the reason I’m not giving a full 5-star rating is due to the room’s cleanliness. The space had a noticeable layer of dust, especially on surfaces and corners, as if it hadn’t been used or cleaned for several days. It gave the impression that the room had been vacant for a while before my arrival.
That said, the staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. The self-service laundry was also a helpful feature for longer stays.
I would still recommend The B Ginza for its location and amenities, but I hope they pay more attention to room readiness in the future.
