Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
the google maps address leads to a different location and i needed the help of a local to figure out the true location to then find out Host never sent code for checking into the apartment and left us stranded. I was traveling with a toddler and an infant in the rain. The host was not available to assist with the issue, Expedia could not reach them as well. There are two flights of stairs to get to the tablet, which was also not the cleanest, think emergency exit of an old building. To make matters worse, the Expedia rep said I would need to wait 72 hours to get permission from the host to provide a refund. I was left stranded and scrambling to find shelter for my family. This host should not have the privilege to list their homes for stays.

Customer service is zero. I never got entry code in time. Very hard to get location on google. Property did not provide the exact location chart. Ir is extremely hard to get in touch with the property owner.
