The room was lovely. We loved the aesthetic! Check-in was super easy and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and cozy. Itโ€™s located about a 15 minute walk from the train station. We used a taxi for most of our trip just because of the heat and humidity. It made the trip so much easier! I would totally stay there again.

A fantastic place to stay, close to rail transportation, so many dining options. Warm welcoming staff. Highly recommend. Please note that the rooms are on the smaller size, especially for a family of 4. But we never felt crowded.

Initially we started little issues for room type booked. After hotels.com helped it was resolved. There many positive things. Location is very handy to the station, family mart and 7-11. Rooms where of decent size compared to Japan standard. Initially it might shock but it was ok as u just sleep in. Washing Machine was very useful. Breakfast was decent although very less for vegetarians. No breads given just couple of pastry items. Night dress and amenities given was definitely great memories for kids. Staffs are friendly they make a real effort to help u. Kind of ok English though as long as u have issues. Overall we enjoyed the stay

Super Hotel Akabane was a great stay for us for 3 nights. Service from all staff members were fantastic. Free breakfast. Public bath in Hotel. Washing machine and dryer facilities are good, quite a few machine, I never had to wait for machines. Good amenities The area the hotel is in is safe, lots of food options and very close to station. Bathrooms are small and rooms are small but enough to rest and unwind.
