Perfect hotel for Tokyo! The rooms are very clean, and the staff is very helpful. Check-in was easy. The room was very small, but typical for Tokyo, and we got used to it. The shower and toilet were both very nice! Despite the size, it was easy to get comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent! It's a quick walk to Kinshicho Station, through which multiple useful lines run. The city is super accessible from there, and you get the added benefit of a relatively quiet neighborhood compared to Shibuya or Shinjuku. There are many amazing food options within walking distance, as well as a couple good malls and shopping areas. The breakfast is really great. There's a lot of variety every day, so you'll find something to eat easily. I also got to try some foods new to me as an American, which was really fun without having to have a large portion. The laundry room consists of two washers and two dryers for the entire hotel; it was full a couple of times but we managed to get our laundry done twice. There are plenty of hangers in the room as well, so we could hang dry our wet clothes when the dryers were full. The machines take 100 yen coins, so make sure to have some on hand. Overall, this is a really great place to stay in Tokyo, whether for a couple nights or for longer. It's a really good value.

Loved staying in this area and hotel. The staff were fantastic. And the area has so many food options. The room we got was a little smaller than what I originally saw on the reservation but it was fine for our stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this particular hotel. It kind of felt like home Although the rooms are not very spacious, it is still incredibly comfortable and clean and quiet and peaceful. The staff are incredible and friendly and helpful. I had one particular amazing staff member at the hotel help me with an issue one night when I was exhausted and overwhelmed she was very hands-on to assist and help her name is Maruo she Literally was so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond I appreciate her dearly and will never forget her. Thank you so much Maruo 礼尾 you don’t know how much your help meant to me. The hotel is close to Local restaurants and 7-Eleven Lawsons and family Mart just behind the hotel everything is walking distance very quickly. You can even get a shuttle bus next to the airport/hotel There are supermarkets as well as department stores situated very close to the hotel it’s a safe area for tourists and a very convenient area I absolutely love Kinshichō One of my favourite areas to stay in Japan/Tokyo you can get anywhere conveniently via The JR line/Kinshichō Station Which is incredibly close to the hotel literally 3 to 5 minutes walking distance I couldn’t recommend staying at this hotel enough happy New Year to every staff member and thank you for your hospitality!

1 min. walk from kinshicho station, 1 min. from Wendys, quiet. cash change machine in hotel lobby. not many TV channels, but too many things to do and see in Tokyo anyway to be a deal breaker. convenient to Narita airport, from kinshicho to ueno, transfer to keisei ueno and take skyliner to airport.

Wow! Very impressed by the quality and service here. Staff was so kind and helpful. 5 minute walk to Kinshicho station, surrounded by a lot of local restaurants, and 7-eleven. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Very nice centrally located hotel

Stay here quite often as it is 5 minute walk from Kinshicho station on the Sobu Chuo line which comes from Narita airport. Hotel is clean with small but efficient rooms. You serve breakfast which you can purchase. Area is convenient for shopping and dining out.
