My room was the first one behind the front desk. Although there was an automatic door separating the guest room area and the lobby area just outside of my room and it required a key card to enter the guest room area on the floor, my door never closed all the way on its own. Often, it took me a while to realize I hadn't completely closed my door, and I had to remind myself to push it closed constantly. Also the automatic door just outside of my room separating the guest room area and the lobby area was so sensitive that I did not feel completely secure. My room did not have any view, as my window faced the concrete wall of the building next door only a few feet apart. Lights on the next door building was often on until late in the evening, and I was worried if anyone could peek into my room.

Good budget hotel. Close to Sengakuji Stn (exit A4). A 7 eleven is very close to hotel and a Lawson’s is across the street. If you’re going to Shinagawa stn via the Keikyu line. Use platform 1. Use platform 2 to return but make sure the train stops at Sengakuji stn.

Very convenient for Haneda Airport and the Tokyo subway system (but be prepared for a lot stairs if carrying suitcases!). Good coffee. Small rooms. 7-11 extremely close.
