Perfectly located for our purposes; central but not high traffic on our street. Comfortable for our family of four (two adults and two teenage boys). Very clean. Great staff with welcoming and positive attitudes. In unit washer/dryer was a major benefit. Would definitely stay here again and would consider other Section L locations based on our experience.

In room washer-dryer is a plus, friendly staff, walking distance to street markets, big games, animates stores near by. Kitchen counter, toaster oven, fridge are included. The beds are big, comfortable and clean. We have a wonderful stay, walking distance to Ueno Park, Ueno station, Keisei ueno station. When we were there at the end of March, the cherry blossom were spotted. Thank you staff for our wonderful stay.

Clean room fully equipped and perfect for families with little ones. Has a full kitchen and washer and dryer as well. Staff is very friendly and helpful, it’s in a calm area with a lot of places to eat near by. It is also very central and easy to get around because multiple train lines run nearby.

Nice location, quiet and clean The photos on hotels.com are deceptive as I thought there was a sauna in the building. Turns out you need to book the room that has the sauna in it… Otherwise, good stay

The staff was very helpful guiding us through our check in and checkout. They also helped us fill out the luggage transfer forms for our oversized luggage & directed us to the correct Yamato location nearby. The room was very clean and was comfortable. There was a good amount of space for us to open luggage compared to a lot of other Tokyo hotels. We also appreciated the hotel providing QR codes for all the appliances to translate to English.
