This was a convenient place to stay at during our 15-day visit to Japan with at 3 different locations. We stayed 2 days here. This one was walking distance from Shibuya and very close to the train station. I was traveling by train so I don't know how the parking situation was. I did have an issue checking-in because the code wasn't working and to contact the person took quite some time (like 10-15 minutes) so for a while we were outside wondering what to do if the directions were not working. However, they were able to get back to us and explained what code to use to get in. It was a pretty normal experience after that. The place is quiet and honestly I felt pretty safe walking outside to the local store at night. Nothing special, but a great choice if you'll be visiting Shibuya with friends or family.

The property requires attention to the confirmation email for pre-check in upload requests. The property does not have a check in staff. It is like an Air B&B the contact phone number associated with the property spoke fantastic English and assisted us to make our stay flawless. The location is in the heart of everything and perfect for families- Japanese style washer and drying room.
