The facility is clean. The only issue is that the sinks in the female shower room were not working very well. We had a great experience overall. Staff were friendly, the amenities were great. The location is excellent.

Great Stay!

We stayed there for a family trip with our adult children. We stayed in 3 rooms and all were great! The bathroom was clean, and the shower room was fantastic! We would definitely recommend!

Loved it

I wasn’t able to be given the room I booked but otherwise everything was perfect. The rooms might be a bit difficult for 2 people with luggage but for one person it’s big enough. The staff were friendly, the laundry was useful and the extra amenities (toiletries etc.) were appreciated. The location is close to a train station for easy access around Tokyo.
