Room was very clean. Even if you can’t get the king bed the 2 twin bed room is still great because they are pushed together. Bathroom was awesome! Stand alone shower. Room was bigger than expected

This was a walking distance from Otorii station, my new best friend, and super close to Haneda Airport. This hotel was a win overall! The staff spoke English which was great! The breakfast was good.

Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. One of our party was handicapped and they made sure they were able to get on and off the shuttle bus to and from the airport. I left my passport in my room when we checked out and they sent me an email that I left it and was able to get it in time for my train to Osaka. The staff even remembered me when I checked back in from Osaka.

Enjoyed the stay, staff was very kind and our room was very well maintained. It's a bit further than ideal from central tokyo and the train at Otorii station can be a small amount confusing but as long as you follow google maps it's bot too complicated. We even were able to ride a train all the way frpm the station to narita airport. Bedroom was spacious, bed bigger than most hotels, and bathroom/shower/bath nicer than most too Would definitely stay at again.

The hotel and location was great. the staff were very helpful and informative. So friendly the staff are. Very modern and clean. Has many amenities for everyday use. The transit system is right there for quick access to other locations. I plan to go again and stay at the same hotel.

This hotel is pretty close to the airport and they even have an airport shuttle for free for going to the airport or getting picked up there but check the time because it isn't 24 hours!

My flight left at 4, so they were able to accommodate my checkout time with the last shuttle so I was able to get last minute souvenir shopping in. The rooms are gorgeous and the location is perfect. I'd definitely not only stay again but recommend them to future travelers as well!
