Not only is it convenient for having a shuttle to and from the airport but it’s also very clean and looks amazing. Rooms are decently big for a Japanese hotel and the bathroom is amazing. They have a restaurant on site as well as bar area, you will have to reserve the restaurant in a couple days in advance though. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again both when first landing and just before leaving.

Pleadantly surprised

Booked for 3 nights post cruise so we were near the airport. Free shuttle was great. Close to subway so easy to travel around Tokyo daily. The room was lovely, a very pleasant surprise. Our first experience of hotel pyjamas. We had everything we needed including a kettle and a bath.

Staff was wonderful and spoke English very well. The wifi worked well. The gym was very decent on the second floor. The hotel restaurant was very good! It works in a pinch during breakfast or dinner if you don't have any plans. The hotel shuttle to and from the airport is free. All the amenities in the bathroom are always restocked. Superb pre flight stay

An amazing 1 night stay before our flight back to Heathrow. Free shuttle to the airport, complimentary drink on arrival as our room was 10mins late being ready. Superb and highly recommend.
