We had a fantastic stay at MIMARU Tokyo Station East! The location was super convenient—just a short walk to Tokyo Station and close to great food and shops. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. We really appreciated the thoughtful amenities and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again!

The 2 bedrooms unit is comfortable. The living room with a sofa and a dinning table is comfortable for resting after a day of sightseeing and shopping. The hotel is in between two stations of the Hibiya line. It's very convenient. It is also a easy walk to the Tokyo station, Ginza and Nihonbashi areas. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our family enjoyed our stay at Mimaru Tokyo Station East. Thankyou.

Fantastic location for a family exploring toyko for 10 days. The rooms were perfect and spacious and the views we had on the 14th floor of sky tree was stunning. However surprised that we didn’t have service each day (beds made bathroom tidied up) considering we thought this was 5 star hotel. Personal for us the beds were incredibly hard and after a long stay were felt quite stiff. Wish they provided eye masks as the sunrise is early and the blinds are traditional. Overall the hotel was wonderful though, would recommend.

Perfectly large roomed and located hotel

We had a fantastic stay at the Mimaru Tokyo Station East. The reception staff were fantastic and offered their assistance many times, which was highly appreciated. Our room was large... extremely large for Tokyo standards. We had two separated bedrooms, two bathrooms, a family room and kitchen. We even had our own washing machine/dryer (which was well used). The location was close to several train stations, restaurants and coffee shops. We all loved our nine night stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location. Plenty of space for our family of 6. The furniture was pretty minimalist, nothing fancy. Staff were lovely. Bed was hard but that was common in Japan. Slight smell in the toilet room.

Great sized room for our family of 6. So close to multiple subway stations and 15 walk to Tokyo Station (for bullet train). Good for quick train trip to Disneyland which was great after very long day doing 25,000 steps. A little bit longer to Shibuya but is fine. 7/11 in building. No gym or games room but otherwise good amenities.

The hotel accommodated a family of 6 comfortably. Our room had two full-size bathrooms, which is great when you're trying to get out of the room quickly and explore. It's close to many convenience stores and train stations.

Property was ok, disappointed that the washing machine was not in my room and I had to leave the room every time a load was finished and then dry it ect. Must more convenient to have facilities in the room. Area is very business district focused.

Train stations to the north and south are within 5 minutes walking distance. 7 eleven at bottom floor to this hotel and washers and dryers on 3rd floor for non suite rooms. What more to ask?

The facility was very clean, rooms are spacious (compared to typical hotel Rooms in Japan), and a 7 eleven at the bottom floor. Rooms are VERY quiet despite being located in a metropolitan area (Tokyo station east location). 6 washing machines and dryers available to reduce luggage. Only issue are other patrons using multiple machines and dryers but that’s not Mimaru’s fault. I would definitely stay here on our next trip to Japan. Worth the added cost of an apartment hotel, well worth it for a family of four (two young children). Thank you Mimaru for a wonderful stay!
