Great room and awesome staff. We had a few meals here and they were somewhere between mediocre to bad, so I’d stay away from the food, but otherwise wonderful hotel and great location- close to everything but a quieter direct area.

The Kimpton Shinjuku Tokyo is top notch! The staff really pride themselves on a high quality of service. Definitely book the breakfast option - you won’t regret it! So many tasty Japanese and Western options. Loved the nightly social hour. We caught up with other travelers and compared notes on what to do around Tokyo. Our room was well appointed and had loads of natural light. The hotel is located in a great spot. Super easy to walk to Shinjuku station and get anywhere you need in Tokyo. We will for sure stay at the Kimpton Shinjuku Tokyo on future trips!

The perfect stay!

This was my third time staying at the Kimpton, and it’s such a reliable and beautiful hotel! The attention to detail and service is unlike any other. The rooms are very spacious and clean and have great views of the city. I always opt for the breakfast package- I love all of the options and the service!

Beautiful hotel which is central to many great walking areas. The experience was absolutely 5 star. The staff are polite, accommodating and attentive. The breakfast was outstanding and the servers first class. When asking for a coffee refill it came each time in a clean cup, freshly brewed as the lead server said. All the details matter. We also had outstanding service from Alex the Concierge. Simply it was a perfect experience.

Modern hotel with friendly staff

This is a very nice, newer hotel with friendly, helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay here. The only thing that could've been better is if it were closer to a train stop. From Haneda Airport, we took the Limousine Bus which dropped us off at the nearby Washington Hotel and we walked about 5 minutes to the Kimpton. Otherwise it's about a 15 minute walk to the Shinjuku Station.

The Hotel lived upto all the reviews. Excellent allround experience. Hotel facilities are excellent located centrally to Shinjuku. The rooms are a good spacious size and the bed is very comfortable! Highly recommended!
