The hotel itself is fine for the price point. This is a great location if one is looking for more quiet / relaxing side of Tokyo. There are malls / entertainment within walking distance. The only thing lacking is no convenient store near by.

This location was very far removed. If you are here for work, it's a great option if you are going to be at the Expo center. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend. Also you can stay in Ginza and only be 30 mins out but lots more options for food and shopping. The fish market was nice there. The staff was ok. Our luggage arrived and they didn't tell us not bring it to our room. Don't message them in the app they don't reply there, email them. I left something behind and they were kind enough to mail. It to my next hotel. Kind staff.

The staff are so courteous and helpful. The cleanliness, aroma, and ambiance was very pleasant and relaxing. I really liked the restaurant in the hotel. If I’m fortunate enough to return back to Japan, this hotel will set the standard for excellence. I would definitely stay here again if I possible.

The room was small, very small, and there was no closet. The area is not near any significant sights. We stayed there because we were invited to a reception next door at the Tokyo Bay Court Club. It's much better to stay on the mainland.
