You HAVE to stay here if you’re in Shunjuku

From the moment we checked in the whole experience was amazing. The location is perfect for Shinjuku, everything is within walking distance, the station is next door. The whole area comes to life after dark…absolutely loved it…very sad to leave

Nice, convenient spot in Shinjuku. It's right in the thick of things, and we were able to get anywhere from there. The room was tidy, but small (because Tokyo). The "groove" theme thankfully wasn't overbearing. Overall, really good.

Comfy stay. Convenient and central.

Great location in the heart of Kabuki, with a floor of entertainment for claw machines, movie theatre and a floor with mixed Japanese noodles / isakaya from different Japanese regions. The hotel style is hip, modern and boutique. Hotel staff are mostly good in English. The room is a bit smaller than I expected for the premium king room but the stay is still very satisfactory. It has impressive big window view of central shinjuku. The bed is very comfy, the bath tub and shower area connected is what I like. Would suggest if they put a cloth spray there which is what I like in Japan but surprised they didn’t have.

Great place in shinjuku

Contemporary design, fantastic staff and very comfortable basic room. Location is great. Nearby the gracery so it’s easy to find on a map. Near all the entertainment and nearish the subway. This place is a winner!

HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU is a stylish and modern hotel with some really fun features! The arcade area inside the building is a great spot to hang out, and the robot delivering amenities to the door was such a cute touch. Plus, the high-floor views are absolutely stunning! However, the neighborhood can get quite rowdy at night, so it might not be the best choice for families. Overall, a great stay for those who love a vibrant and tech-savvy experience in Shinjuku!

Amazing hotel and wonderful breakfast!

Absolutely loved our stay! The room and view was fantastic, location wonderful, Starbucks in the same building, elevators super fast, and breakfast buffet the best we had in Japan! (But I do wish the offered an ala carte menu, as Americans don't typically eat huge buffet portions during the hours of 730-1030am.)
