Visited from Hawaii and stayed for 10 days. Great location in walking distance of two subway locations which can get you all around Tokyo. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, nothing fancy, but worth the price. We had a room with a kitchen area, but never did use it while we were there. The staff is extremely responsive to your needs and super friendly. There are great places to eat and pick up snacks all around the area. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the inner city in the evening to rest, but still be less then 20-30 mins from all the action should you want to adventure out.

Everything was fine and the staff was very friendly. Only thing we had an issue was the laundry downstairs. Dryer was too small and did not dry our washed clothes. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay
