We chose this hotel because it stated that there was bus service to and from the hotel. There was no transportation and we needed to catch a taxi to the hotel. There was not late check out. We had to pay for every hour after 11:00 and after 3 hours, we had to pay for a full day.

It’s a great location, close to HND and Tenkubashi station. The hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle and if you happen to miss it (runs only till 11a), you can always take the train.

The staff was so polite and happy to help with anything we needed. They were all great! The hotel was nice but it was really expensive to Uber because it was so far away from everything besides the airport. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Amazing place! The room is super clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The location is fantastic. Everything about this place is 20/10!!! The rooftop was a bonus. We saw the sunset and Mt Fuji. Will def go back. And oh, I was super ecstatic that they also have laundromat!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Immaculate and convenient with breakfast included. The room was very high tech with lots of amenities such as bidet toilet, anything including toothbrush hairbrush etc that you could possibly need in the bathroom, pajamas, and even a Hepa filter in the room. Shuttle to the airport although the train and monorail stops are right there as well. Highly recommend!

If you like aircraft this is the hotel for you. But even if you don’t this really is an excellent hotel. Spotless throughout with amazing facilities. Roof top terrace with a view overlooking the airport has to be one of the best in the world. Easy access to downtown Tokyo with local facilities close by. Room with airport view simply amazing. 5*

It was a beautiful property, so easy to travel by train it was literally 200 steps from the train, 6 minutes on the train to the airport!!! When we returned at 10pm, we were disappointed that the lounge was already closed on a Friday evening.

We loved everything about this place, minutes from the train & airport. Lots of restaurants just minutes away, walking. Super clean. Great staff! Nice breakfast buffet, totally worth it. Second stay during same trip to Japan. Laundry and gym 24/7. Stay here!

Premise is great, beds are super comfortable. Amenities are good. Only issue is that there are no shuttle provided for travellers to hotel from airport, only have shuttle to take guess to airport from hotel (available for morning only). There is one convenient store and one drug store nearby, but no eateries within walking distance unlike the other hotels at Haneda.

The best airport hotel we'd ever stayed between the flights. Rooms are tiny (common for Japan) but clean, thoughtfully planned, comfy bed, friendly staff, and excellent Japanese style buffet breakfast in the morning. Free shuttle to Haneda airport was very helpful too.

Very convenient to reach from Haneda via the Tokyo Monorail or from the JR Yamanote line’s Hamamatsu-cho station. This hotel is part of a larger complex called Haneda Innovation City, which has several casual restaurants, a bakery, and a convenience/drug store. The rooms might feel a bit smaller, especially compared to those in the U.S., but they are impeccably clean, and you just can’t beat Japan’s high-tech toilets! The hotel staff were very courteous, and the front desk attendants were attentive during self-check-in, appearing capable of speaking English. The buffet-style breakfast offers both Japanese and Western options, with the Japanese items looking particularly healthy and tasting delicious. Will definitely stay at this hotel again!
